Zendesk Slack Integration - made by Worknet

Slack is the ultimate platform for seamless team collaboration and problem-solving. When an issue is shared within a channel, numerous team members can step in to provide valuable peer support. Companies like Monday, Bill, MonteCarlo, and Airbyte have observed that a significant 33% of requests posted in Slack channels are addressed by peers rather than service agents.

Service professionals opt for tools like Zendesk and Salesforce because of the advantageous features they offer. These platforms serve as customer relationship management (CRM) systems and provide a comprehensive set of features to assist service professionals in managing customer inquiries and support requests with greater efficiency.

Worknet provides you with the best of both worlds.

Allow individuals to work in their preferred environment. Service agents can utilize Zendesk, whereas sales and customer success representatives can operate using Slack.

It is effortless to elevate any request made in a Slack channel to Zendesk and create a ticket. The ticket's comments can be posted in both Zendesk and Slack interchangeably.
